International B2B Meetings 11th & 12th September
Companies attending the SPACE exhibition have an excellent opportunity to meet potential new commercial and technological partners.
The International B2B Meetings will take place on September 11th & 12th in the Room F (1st floor) just above the International Club of the Rennes Exhibition Centre from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Participation is FREE of charge! Register before 3rd of September!
The 30 minutes face-to-face meetings are organised by Enterprise Europe Network.
Who can participate?
All the SPACE exhibitors and the international visitors from the livestock sector with interest in animal feed, animal health, breeding, artificial insemination, hatcheries, farm buildings, farm equipment, farm wastes & water treatment, agro-energy...
How IT WORKS?
- Registered participants can attend up to 28 individual business meetings (30mn each) in two days.
- Meeting requests must be accepted in order to be scheduled.
- Shortly before the exhibition, each participant will receive his personalised meeting schedule.

How to register for B2B Meetings?
- Click on Register now.
- Fill in your personal data and availabilities, write a short description of your company and the product/service you are offering and/or looking for.
How to accept/decline the guest meetings?
- Log in the platform and access the "Meetings" menu.
- Click on the requested meeting and on "Accept" / "Decline" on the left side, leave a message or not.
How to request your own meetings to other participants?
- Log in the platform and access the "Participants" menu.
- Sort by "Availability" on the top right corner and use the filters on the left part (e.g. “Countries”) to identify profiles that are relevant to you.
- When interested in a profile, click on “View profile”, then click on “Request meeting”.
- The company will then receive a notification of your request and accept/decline it.
Receive your scheduled agenda one week prior to the fair
- The participant accepting a meeting request will choose the time of the meeting according to the availabilities of both parties.
- You will receive by email your preliminary agenda for validation with the dates, times and tables.
- The agenda will be updated online in case of last minute changes; you can download it from the platform.
- You will be provided with your final agenda at the welcome desk in Room F (1st floor), above the International Club.
